What Happens in a Session?

Every session begins with conversation, clarity, and consent.

This work is collaborative and paced around your comfort, needs, and boundaries. Nothing is assumed, and there is never pressure to move faster or further than feels right for you.

Sessions typically begin with an intake conversation where we discuss:

  • what brings you here

  • your intentions and goals

  • relevant physical, emotional, or relational history

  • any questions, concerns, curiosities, or hesitations you may have.

From there, we establish clear agreements around learning objectives, communication, pacing, boundaries, and consent so that you feel informed, grounded, and supported throughout the process.

Depending on the nature of the session, practices may include:

  • conversation and guided reflection

  • breath and grounding exercises

  • somatic awareness practices

  • body-based work

  • optional touch-based practices discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Some sessions remain entirely conversational or fully clothed. Other practices may involve varying degrees of physical presence or vulnerability. Any touch-based work is always collaborative, clearly communicated, and entirely optional.

You are always in control of your participation. Consent is ongoing and can be adjusted, paused, or withdrawn at any time.

The goal is not performance or pressure, but creating a space where greater awareness, connection, embodiment, and authenticity can emerge safely and at your own pace.

Ethics, Boundaries & Consent

Clarity, consent, and professional boundaries are foundational to this work.

Creating a space where clients feel informed, respected, and safe is essential to the practice.

Sessions are entirely client-led and paced according to your comfort, needs, and capacity. Consent is ongoing throughout the process and can be adjusted, paused, or withdrawn at any time.

This practice operates within a clear professional framework:

  • any touch-based practices are discussed in advance

  • all practices are collaborative, optional, and consent-based

  • there are no sexual services involved in this work.

These distinctions are central to the ethics of professional sexological bodywork and help create a container grounded in respect, transparency, agency, and care.
